Efficient and friendly staff. The room size was excellent, and the bed was comfortable. We had a fridge and tea/coffee facilities in the room, which was convenient. The hotel's location in the heart of New Market was great for local shopping and money exchange. The main attractions and entertainment areas were nearby. I would recommend this hotel for both short and long-term stays.

The basic amenities were provided, and the hot water in the bathroom was plentiful, ensuring a comfortable stay. The staff at the hotel were attentive and friendly, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. There was only one minor issue during my stay, but overall, everything was satisfactory and met my expectations.

The hotel is in a great location, very close to the main shopping area. The rooms were clean and well-maintained. The breakfast spread was sumptuous and tasty. The staff were cooperative and helpful, and overall the hotel had a calming and quiet environment.
The staff quality was quite poor. They did not know how to treat guests properly and often gave conflicting information.

the hotel offered complimentary tea and coffee in the room, which was a nice touch. the location was great as it was within walking distance to a shopping area, making it convenient to buy gifts. the staff were friendly and always greeted us with a smile.
There were a few things that I disliked about the hotel. the cleanliness of the room was not up to standard, as there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke upon entering the room, and there were little flies everywhere.

The hotel had an excellent location in the heart of the city with easy access to transportation, shopping malls, and local bazaars. The rooms were clean and hotel staff were extremely friendly and cooperative. The breakfast had a good variety of Indian dishes that changed daily.

I recently had a wonderful stay at a hotel located right in the bustling New Market area of Kolkata. The hotel's central location was definitely a big positive as I was able to easily explore the vibrant shopping mall and other attractions in the center of the city.
